Hey there!

My name is Jessica Gilman and I’m a holistic health coach.

I specialize in helping women to ditch the restrictive diets for good and lose weight and heal your body the healthy way... without tracking, counting calories, or guilt-inducing methods!

If you are a discouraged dieter who is so tired of always being hungry, never meeting your health goals, and hating parts of your body… then I FEEL you! I have been there.

But it took me a long time to figure things out for myself. I discovered in the last few years that I have Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune thyroid disease. Because of this, I have struggled for years with my weight, along with acne, brittle nails, fatigue, mood and anxiety issues, and more.

Before I knew I had thyroid disease, I was working my way through fad diets, struggling with emotional eating and restriction, exhaustedly pushing through early morning workouts before work, and being far too hard on myself.

Let me tell you something… this vicious cycle of anguish over my weight did nothing to help me meet my goals. In fact, it pushed me further away from them.

Why? Because anxiety and restriction mess with your body and make you sick!

When your body and emotional well-being are in balance and you are treating yourself right, your health goals will be so much easier to attain and your efforts will actually work! Trust me, the pressure you’re putting on yourself is NOT serving you.

That’s why I came up with this program!
